Responsibility
If you wish to return or exchange your items, there are some obligations to it with the following easy steps:
- The shipping cost of returning the items will be borne by the customer
- You will have to give the proof of purchase along with your returned items
- It is recommended that you send us the tracking information too along with it
- Please note that the items returned must be in unused condition with its original and intact packaging.
Order Cancellation
In case of order cancellation request, it will only be accepted if the product has not been shipped. Any sort of transaction fee that may have been incurred (such as Paypal) will be deducted from the amount.
Faulty Goods
In undesirable circumstances where your product may be defected you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it. As part of the procedure, you will be required to send us dated pictures of the defected product and proof of purchase.
The faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Once the items are returned, you will be notified via an email about the approval or rejection upon inspection. However, in case the damaged claim is for the damaged packaging then it will not be classified as faulty. All refunds will be made in the same mode of payment that was used.
